IT ALL STARTS WITH
CHOOSING THE BEST MATERIALS
We select the highest-performing ballistic fibers on the market, such as Dupont®, Kevlar® and UHMWPE, to ensure optimal flexibility without compromising on protection.
For the front surface, we use hexagonal ceramic tiles of the SiC (silicon carbide) or Al₂O₃ (alumina) type, known for their lightness and their ability to stop armor-piercing munitions.
Each material is sourced according to rigorous standards of quality and reliability.

The ceramic hexagons are encapsulated in a technical resin, and assembled edge to edge to guarantee 100% surface coverage, without gaps.
Behind, a layer of ballistic fiber absorbs residual shock, providing edge-to-edge protection, while ensuring exceptional flexibility.
The resin + ceramic + fiber combination also drastically reduces rear deformation, to better preserve the integrity of the wearer.

LONG-LASTING PROTECTION
Each plate is then covered in a high-strength, waterproof and tear-proof textile.
This technical fabric is ultrasonically welded, ensuring perfect support for the ballistic block and providing long-lasting protection from humidity, dust and mechanical damage.
