DESCRIPTION:

• FAST (Future Assault Shell Technology) multi-purpose non-overlapping ear-level ballistic protection helmet

• Offers maximum protection against serious head injuries

• Ergonomic design with space for hearing protection systems

• Colors available: Black/Tan/Green

• ARC-type side-mounting rails for carrying various accessories (communications equipment, lamp, noise-canceling helmet, oxygen mask, NVG securing cords, etc).

• Front mounting bracket (Shroud) for NVG, video camera, light or visor.
  • compatible NVG adapters: LG4 / Rhino Mount

• 4-point BOA® harness system adjustable with tightening knob, easy to remove
  • Thanks to the disc on the back of the helmet, it's possible to adjust the tension of the straps (containing stainless steel cables) to fit the helmet snugly on the head.

• Adjustable chinstrap/ chinstrap with “FASTEX”
one-hand quick release.

• Helmet closing/opening system with quick-release plastic buckle

• Removable soft memory foam pads/pads for optimum comfort, better reduction of blunt trauma caused by warhead impact and improved heat dissipation

• Self-gripping strip (Velcro Female) on the back of the helmet allowing the attachment of identification patches, badges, IFF markings etc.

• Possible attachment of an NVG counterweight or battery holder (pocket) to the hook-and-loop strap (Velcro Female) on the rear of the helmet

• Outer surface coating with polyurethane paint to ensure ballistic material protection against fluid splashes

HANDLING :

• Handle helmet with care
• Avoid heavy shocks, crushing with weight
• Perform a visual check every 3 months
• Use only water and mild soap to clean it, no harsh solvents or detergents
• Replace comfort pads/pads every 100 days or 1 time a year (Recommended)
