Understand our different SAPI NIJ IIIA ranges
Our ballistic ranges have been developed to meet different uses and operational profiles. The choice depends primarily on your configuration and how you intend to use them.
Military personnel with personal plate carriers (ICW configuration)
For ICW (In Conjunction With) use, especially under standard issue hard plates, two ranges clearly stand out:
- XPRO: A robust and affordable solution. Thicker, it provides an excellent ballistic base under hard plates for enhanced protection, with an excellent cost/effectiveness ratio.
- LIGHT: A more technical and expensive solution, but extremely thin and light. Ideal for perfect integration under hard plates, it is particularly suitable for ICW configurations where bulk must be minimal.
These two ranges are perfectly suited for military use with personal plate carriers, the choice primarily depending on the desired compromise between thickness, weight, and budget.
Police & gendarmerie (stand-alone wear – SAPI insert)
For stand-alone wear, via a plate carrier or a SAPI insert worn alone, all our ranges are relevant. Each offers specific advantages in terms of comfort, flexibility, or structure.
However, two ranges clearly stand out for this type of use:
