SEMPER INVICTA × PANGOLIN collaboration
This puffer jacket is the result of a collaboration between Semper Invicta and Pangolin. Semper brings its expertise in discreet protection: from the outside, it looks like an ordinary black puffer jacket that nobody would suspect. Pangolin brings its FI/LA ballistic panels, made in our workshops in Haute-Marne and already used by many professionals.
Inside, front and back pockets hold the removable panels. They protect against handguns (NIJ IIIA) and knife stabs (NIJ 0115). The panels feature an anti-trauma layer across their entire surface. The sleeves are made of slash-resistant cotton and polyethylene fabric to protect the arms against cuts.
Choose from two panel ranges:
- FLEX™: the most versatile, soft and lightweight, with the best stab protection (36 J).
- PROFLEX™: a good balance of lightness, blade protection (24 J) and price. Ideal for plain-clothes assignments and private security.
The panels are made in France and come with a 10-year warranty.

Care and precautions
Machine wash the cover at 30 °C with the panels removed.
Do not expose the sleeves to temperatures above 50 °C or to direct heat.
Some people may be allergic to polyethylene: test before prolonged use.
Semper Invicta is a French brand based in Cherbourg. It makes discreet cut-resistant and bulletproof protection that can be worn without anyone noticing.
The brand is known for the ParaPactum, a protective umbrella used notably by the GSPR. Since then, it has launched a whole range: jumpers, gloves, arm sleeves, neck gaiters, puffer jackets… Most of its products are made in France, with partners such as Tricots Saint James.
